Sometimes we all need a little motivation. We all need a little push, a little drive. That’s why I joined the Fitblr March Madness Diet Bet. Anybody can sign up and bet on yourself to accomplish a small goal. This diet bet is that you can lose 4% of your starting weight in 4 weeks. Basically 1% a week. So if you weigh 250 lbs like me, you’re saying you can lose 2.5 lbs a week for 4 weeks. That doesn’t sound that bad, especially when you have a group of people supporting you towards your goal.
Bet on yourself!! Join us!! It starts March 1st 2014 and its $35 to enter. However if you achieve your target weight, you get to split the pot with other winners. So lose the weight and you get to keep your money and maybe even earn more!!
